The Hoosick-Hillside Study Final Report identifies existing conditions, analyzes alternatives for creating new connections and makes recommendations for improving the neighborhoods.

COMMUNITY EVENTS
SEPTEMBER 2020 - HOOSICK-HILLSIDE ONLINE PRESENTATION AND PUBLIC REVIEW
A "join at your own pace" public review period gave the community the opportunity to review this online presentation of the Hoosick-Hillside draft planning study recommendations. Participants could then take a follow up survey or submit comments to share input on the various recommendations and help shape the final study.
DECEMBER 2019 - TRIP STAKEHOLDER MEETING
A stakeholders meeting was held with the Troy Rehabilitation & Improvement Program (TRIP) on December 4, 2019. The purpose of the meeting was to obtain TRIP stakeholder's input on transportation issues and potential solutions for the Hillside North community.
OCTOBER 2019 - HILLSIDE NORTH & SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGS
The first neighborhood meeting for the Hoosick-Hillside Study was held on October 23, 2019 and a neighborhood business owners' meeting was held on October 29, 2019. The summary of these neighborhood workshops includes specific problems and solutions identified by participants.

SAC KICK-OFF MEETING: The first Study Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting was held in June 2019.
The Study Advisory Committee (SAC) is the sounding board for the City of Troy and will help oversee the project. The SAC will provide input on local issues; help focus the project; review draft and final documents; assist in the public outreach process; and assist in the review and selection of key projects and project priorities to be addressed in the Hillside North & South Study.
